Digital Products
All digital products, including downloads, guides, printables, routines, scripts, and courses, are non returnable and non refundable. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are not available for these items.
If you have questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us. We want you to feel completely confident in your choice.
Accidental Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital item more than once, email us within seven days. We are able to issue a refund for duplicate purchases only.
File Access or Download Issues
If a file is damaged, incomplete, or will not open correctly, contact us right away. We will replace the file and make sure you receive the correct version without any additional charge.
Physical Products
If Bump to Babble offers physical products in the future, a separate return and refund process will be added to this policy. At this time, no physical products are eligible for returns or refunds.
Exchanges
Because our items are digital, exchanges are not available.
Unauthorized Distribution
Refunds will not be provided for purchases made with the intention to share, reproduce, or distribute files. All Bump to Babble resources are for personal use only.
