Thank you for shopping with From Bump to Babble. We work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered with care. Please review the details below to understand how shipping works for our store.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within two to three business days. During busy seasons or promotional events, processing may take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin after your order has been processed.

Digital Products

All digital items are delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not see your files, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to twenty four hours to update.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. If an order ships to an incorrect address due to incorrect information provided at checkout, we are unable to replace or refund the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within forty eight hours with photos of the packaging and product. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
